    Thank you for taking the time to discover more on what I do! Over time my activity has become more varied-but always with real estate at its core. I am old fashioned and always happy to chat over a coffee-no charge for that! Please contact me if you want to set a meeting up.

  • What I Do

    I am a real estate advisor with extensive experience-and a deep contact book. I have successfully exited two advisory businesses and am now in the fortunate position of being able to take a longer view-on advisory work, and my other activities which I outline below. In times of uncertainty, experience and contacts count.

    Real Estate Agent

    I have 38 years experience in the UK real estate industry across all commercial sectors. I work closely with developers and end users and am currently deal sourcing and executing in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Bristol, London and Dublin. Client testimonials are available upon request.

    The Dougray Round Table Series

    This networking event has now grown to include sponsors and differing locations- Glasgow and London events have successfully been delivered-and there are ongoing discussions to take the series internationally. Please contact me if you want to attend, or work jointly to deliver an event.

    The Edinburgh Development & Investment Forum

    I am (wef summer 26) Chair of EDIF-an entity set up by The City of Edinburgh Council and The Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce. The Forum provides a conduit between the private sector and these key local stakeholders.

    Non Executive Activity

    I currently hold non-exec positions with Codebase and Adhoc Space. I am interested in expanding my activity in this sector. Please feel free to contact me to discuss.

    Client / Project Ambassador

    I accept appointments to represent clients and/ or projects as the scope of role can vary. Please contact me for a discussion.

    Charity Partner

    My chosen charity partner is the Edinburgh Children's Hospital Charity. I raise funds for this charity, principally through The Dougray Xmas Quiz.
